PhD position in Systems Neuroscience

The Systems Neuroscience in Psychiatry (SNiP) research group at the Central Institute of Mental Health (CIMH)/Medical Faculty Mannheim of Heidelberg University are currently looking for a highly motivated and diligent PhD student to be part of their project. The group is investigating the impact of the social environment on the mental wellbeing and brain functioning in emotion and stress circuit by combining neuroimaging, ambulatory assessment, and genetics.

The PhD candidate will be part of an international graduate school on the Impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences on Psychosocial and Somatic Conditions Across the Lifespan. Interested candidates will preferably have a Master in Psychology or Cognitive/Behavioral/Affective Neuroscience.
