Research description: We are applying mass spectrometry-based quantitative proteomics and phosphoproteomics to understand circadian- and sleep-driven processes in diverse mammalian tissues. In brain we are investigating how molecular processes are shaped across the day in specific brain areas as well as in the synaptic compartment and how they are affected by circadian and/or sleep disruption.
